Oak Hills Reservoir - The primary work takes place at the Oak Hills Reservoir and includes miscellaneous repairs. This project includes recoating the reservoir roof, paint touch up of the reservoir exterior wall coating and safety striping on the reservoir roof perimeter. The project also includes improvements to replace the tank’s interior cathodic protection system, air-vents, outlet piping, and operational valving and installation of safety improvements to the reservoir ladder. The project is part of the Utilities’ program to rehabilitate or replace aging infrastructure. Summit Inlet Outlet Structure Stainless Steel Control Panel - This project will provide for replacement of the electrical Control Panel for the Summit Inlet Outlet Structure, across the street from the Summit Pump Station. The electrical and SCADA components will also be removed and placed in a new control panel cabinet and concrete pad. Lenain Wash Water Recovery Facility - Coating touch-up of the Lenain Wash Water Recovery Facility equipment and tanks. Other Details This project is covered “Project Work” as defined in the Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) the City entered into with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Local Unions. The awarded Contractor and its subcontractors of all tiers shall agree to be party to and bound by the CWA by signing a Letter of Assent (a form attached to the CWA as Attachment A).
