The Military Personnel Office (MPO) provides military and administrative support to over 1,100 active duty Soldiers and an estimated 1,500 Family Members, a DoD civilian and contractor workforce of just over 19K and a military retiree population of over 13K. The USAG HHC S1 provides support to over 275 Soldiers assigned, attached or are provided military personal service through formal Memorandum of Understanding with the garrison and over 1,200 civilian employees assigned to USAG.REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: The purpose of this sources sought is to identify Small Business Administration 8(a) small business sources that can provide military personnel support service and administrative support services to all elements of USAGAPG, tenant organizations, assigned and attached active and reserve component Soldiers, their Family Members, the installation DoD civilian and contractor workforce, eligible military retirees, veterans and their Family Members. The work to be performed by the contractor will include the full range of Military Personnel Administrative tasks conducted at unit and installation level within the following functional areas - Personnel Information, Strength Accounting/Reporting, Records, Soldier Readiness, Assignment, Identification, Personnel Action, Casualty and Transition management. Further detail is provide in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement. (Attachment). The contractor shall be able to pass all background requirements, support all technical, operational, safety, and security requirements.ELIGIBILITY: The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 561110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5.
