This is a Notice of Intent published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1) requiring the dissemination of information regarding proposed contract actions. This Notice of Intent is for a proposed award of a sole source firm fixed price contract to the following contractor in support of A new Skytron Aurora Astro Light Heads with one1090MM are AUA33-1090 in support of Fargo VA Healthcare System 2101 N. Elm St. Fargo, ND 58102: Alliant Enterprises LLC SAM UEI: RM64EJ3CJ7Z5 2140 Oak Industrial DR NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505-6014 This is done under authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1: Only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Market research revealed that Alliant Enterprises LLC, has been selected by Skytron, LLC as its exclusive OEM authorized Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business partner for products sold by Skytron. Subject to the

terms of the distribution agreement, Alliant Enterprises LLC is authorized to purchase products from Skytron and resell them to the federal government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this service is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies). While this synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, interested vendors may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement, including documentation from the proprietary rights holder Alliant Enterprises LLC that such contractor could provide this service/supply as an authorized reseller, authorized dealer or third party.
