In accordance with 17 AAC 42.400 (a) – The following should be published: September 12 through October 12, 2022 (30 days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System.NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport) proposes to extend Land Lease ADA-32182, as follows: LESSEE: Delta Leasing, LLC. PREMISES: Block 6, Lot 18A, consisting of approximately 43,600 square feet. LEASE TERM: Nine (9) years, three (3) months, and thirteen (13) days, beginning January 1, 2018, and ending April 14, 2027. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $38,368.00 ($0.88 per square foot x 43,600 square feet). PROPOSED AUTHORIZED USES: Rental vehicle storage and staging of vehicles to be leased from the Exclusive Use Area within the North Terminal Parking Lot, and use of the warehouse building for cold storage of vehicle supplies.This file is available for review during regular
