NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE for Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc support of Vanguard Configuration Manager PoP of 10/1/19- 09/30/20  NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Software Maintenance Renewal Support of Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc support of Vanguard Configuration Manager.   THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc and support of Vanguard Configuration Manager. This is an annual maintenance which includes support for Vanguard Configuration Manager by Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc. The resulting purchase order will be a sole source award for one base year and one (1) one year options only with PoP of 10/1/19- 09/30/21.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation,

which shall be considered by the agency no later than 11:00 AM EST on 16 August 2019.                 Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the contractor's capabilities and the ability to comply with above requirement.
