Concordia Hospital Chiller Replacement Project Project Description :.1 Work of this Contract comprises of disconnection and removal of the existing chiller #3. A new chiller is to be provided along with new pumps, piping, cooling towers, etc. .2 Work will also comprise of the installation of new controls for the chiller plant along with controls for existing air handlers in the hospital. .3 Air dampers and chilled water control valves will be replaced on the above noted air handlers. .4 Refer to other sections in this project manual. .5 Refer to project drawings.
