The General Services Administration/Public Building Services has
an ongoing need for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services
for Federally Owned Buildings for Atlanta, Gainesville, Newnan and
Rome.
This contract will cover O&M services for:
US Court of Appeals, Atlanta, GA.
John C. Godbold Building, Atlanta, GA.
US Federal Courthouse, Gainesville, GA.
US Federal Courthouse, Newnan, GA.
US Federal Courthouse, Rome, GA.

Due to the power outage at the Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport on Sunday, December 17, 2017, GSA will conduct another site visit to accommodate those vendors who were affected by the power outage.

Questions submission date

will change from December 28, 2017 to January 12, 2018, 2:00 PM (EST).

Quote submission date will change from January 17, 2018 to January 22, 2018, 2:00 PM (EST)

ALL questions are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at the above email address no later than
January 12, 2018, 02:00 PM (EST).
Everyone will be subject to a security check; please do not bring weapons, cameras (includes cell phones with cameras), laptops, IPADS, etc. of any kind.
All interested parties desiring to attend the site visit shall meet in the main lobby area at each of the Federal Buildings listed in above.
Please provide notification of attendance No Later Than
January 5, 2018 to melissa.teer@gsa.gov.
Attendees will be required to pay for parking in the Downtown area
