Respondents are required to provide quotations for the works utilizing the two (2) options below. However, providing quotations for both or either option is permissible. Options 1 and 2 to be priced, OR Option 1 only OR Option 2 only Option 1 – Using a Barge – Phase 1 and Phase 2 works Option 2 – Using a Rock Pad – Phase 1 and Phase 2 works Phase 1 Works – New Dock Location  Securing of construction zone at parcel 53A 102, to be used during Phase 1 and 2 works  Installation of Silt screen,

prior to dredging  In the case of option 2, installation of light and heavy rock pad. Pad to remain in place for future works (scope of work for construction of the dock in a separate tender)  Dredging works approximately 831 cu yds  In the case of option 2, removal of rock pad subsequent to construction of dock (scope of work for construction of the dock in a separate tender)  Excavated material is to be stored at vacant lot 53A 102, see project drawings for location Phase 2 Works - Old Dock Location  Installation of Silt screen prior to demolition dredging  In the case option 2, Installation of rock pad to provide base for partial demolition of existing dock, material to be re-used from Phase 1  Partially demolish existing dock approximately forty-nine (49) feet, see project drawings SP-103.  Dredging works approximately 445 cu yds. at the north end of existing dock  Excavated material is to be stored at vacant lot 53A 102; see project drawings for location SP- 104.
