Statements of qualifications need only be submitted once. If found qualified, the consultants will remain on the Qualified Pool list. The City may reject any statement of qualifications not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all statements of qualifications or waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. Project Description In general, work includes providing organizational development consulting services as required by the City of Eugene. When a project arises the City may review the qualifications of the companies within the pool. If an appropriate provider is available, the City may enter into a contract with that provider for that specific project.
