The U.S. Government through the Seattle District, Corps of Engineers, is seeking a fully-serviced lease to include base rent, CAM, utilities, and janitorial for a term not to exceed FIVE years with Government termination rights for approximately 5000 Gross Square Feet and a minimum of 4,469 Net Square Feet of space within the required location defined in the Delineated Area boundaries set forth below.Minimum requirements:1. 24-hour unrestricted access to Leased space;2. Availability of all communications infrastructure for to include DSL, T1 or a satellite dish;3.
