The building at 56 Bedford Street, Westport, requires new carpeting in the common areas. This 2-storey building has 21 apartments. The building at 43 Centre Street, Lansdowne, also requires new carpeting in the common areas. This 2-storey building has 16 apartments. We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. It is expected that this project will be completed by September 1, 2024. The successful bidder will be required to provide a $1000.00 certified cheque, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until the end of the contract period.
