The analyzers provide necessary test and measurement capabilities and address increase demand usage to perform measurements in support of Navy projects. Keysight Technologies must complete the calibrations to keep analyzers in working condition. Keysight Technologies provides the only service that meets the project requirement.A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
