Water Tank Maintenance Services

The Clarke County Purchasing Office, on behalf of the Clarke County Sanitary Authority (CCSA), is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from professional tank maintenance service providers with experience in the inspection, cleaning, renovation, powerwashing, and preventative maintenance of potable water storage facilities. The contract may include, but not be limited to, preventative maintenance associated with water storage tanks, inspection services, rehabilitation and repair, powerwashing, washout, and disinfection services for the Sanitary Authority’s three water storage tanks. If any interested proposer would like to schedule a field review of any or all of the existing water storage tanks prior to the proposal deadline, please email Mary Meredith, Administrator of the Clarke County Sanitary Authority, at ccsa@clarkecounty.gov. Sealed proposals should be clearly marked, “RFP: #23-0411 Water Tank Maintenance Services” and must be received in the Clarke County Purchasing Office before 3:00:00 p.m. (local prevailing time), Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at which time they will be recorded. Proposals received after this time will not be opened. Proposal can also be submitted electronically through eVA (the Commonwealth of Virginia’s e-procurement website), but must also be submitted before the due date of 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
