Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, tools, materials, parts, vehicles, permits, licenses, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide repair and maintenance services to twenty-six (26) overhead shop cranes and auxiliary components; and to perform quarterly inspections and certify cranes are safe to operate.
