Wood Bison Population Recovery Tools– Preliminary Scoping Alberta Environment and Protected Areas Project Description :This project is to gather information on, and assess feasibility of different options and methods to augment, support or enhance existing wild bison populations in order to increase population size and/or genetic diversity. Consideration will need to be given to location of existing bison populations. The resulting feasibility report would provide recommendations that could be integrated into a future recovery
