Description: Description:The project consists of a single-story, slab-on-grade addition to the east of the existing library consisting of 1,334 square feet on the first floor. The total first floor of the existing library and the addition is 2,794 square feet. Two openings in the east wall between the existing Library and the addition, will be added at the first-floor level, and the existing library will be renovated with a conference room, various demolition and new finishes. Various work is included for the adjacent building to the East of the addition including filling of all window openings with brick to match the existing building, relocation of the exit door on the first-floor west wall of the building to the north elevation, and connection of all roof drainage onto the library addition.
