The Department of Children and Families (Department), Office of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (SAMH), is seeking proposals from public relations firms, marketing firms, or other media services organizations to develop and implement a statewide messaging campaign as a component of the Department’s behavioral health response to COIVD-19. These services will be provided in collaboration with the Department’s

2-1-1 network providers. The campaign’s primary goals are to assist Floridians coping with increased stress and anxiety due to the pandemic, and to promote awareness of and access to 2-1-1 network services.
