Informal Proposal Request for Digital Advertising Description: The City of Salem Human Resources department is requesting informal proposals to provide digital advertising marketing strategies to assist with the hiring of potential employees to work in the City of Salem. Proposals will be accepted at and until 3:00 p.m. (local prevailing time) on July 22, 2022. As this is an informal process, proposals may be delivered via email attachment.
