The purpose of this amendment is to respond to questions asked during the solicitation and make changes to the solicitation. 1. Responses to the questions asked are provided; see attached within the amendment attachments 2. The Statement of Work for the requirement has changed; see Statement of Work, Revised 8 September, attached within the amendment attachments 3. The requirement to acknowledge clause for limitations on subcontracting is added to the additional submission requirements, added as item (g) in the combined synopsis solicitation; see attached within the amendment attachments. Offerors must include a completed copy of the acknowledgement form with their offer. 4. An acknowledgment form for the requirement of FAR provision 52.209-5, representations by corporations regarding an unpaid tax liability or a felony conviction under any federal law, for corporations is provided in the amendment (item (d) in the additional submission requirements); see attached within the amendment attachments.
