The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as “the City”) is requesting sealed proposals for a Bulk Salt Rock. Qualified companies (hereafter noted as “Company”) are invited to submit sealed proposals to provide Bulk Salt Rock for the City of Kirkwood Street Department in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
