Work included under this Contract will be on the Edinboro Campus of Pennsylvania Western University, Edinboro Borough, Erie County, PA 16412. The contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence,

materials, tools and equipment and perform all work necessary to complete each project in accordance with all state, county and local laws and regulations and to the approval of the Edinboro Campus, Pennsylvania University and the State System of Higher Education. This contract is intended to be issued as a one-year contract renewable for up to two (2) additional two-year terms (total of five years possible). This Contract will be a unit-priced Work Order Contract for Construction Contract, against which Individual Work Orders will be issued as services are needed.
