Thompson Company is the selected Construction Manager at Risk for The Healing Place project for New Hanover County and seeks to prequalify trade contractors. The Healing Place of New Hanover County is comprised of a men’s residence building, women’s residence building, dining and shelter building, administrative building and detox building totaling over 61,000 SF. All steel frame construction, the 200-bed facility will serve as a long- term residential clinic for men and women seeking treatment for addiction. Historically underutilized business participation is encouraged.
