The service includes, but is not limited to, as-needed general construction and/or emergency repair services, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and indoor painting. It is intended for the awarded Contractor to enter into an annual contract term with a maximum term and any subsequent amendments or modifications not exceeding three (3) years, (Terms: 1 year with two (2) one (1) year renewals).
