Solicitation Description: The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) is soliciting offers for enhancements and report modification/development, to the Texas Water Information System Expansion (TxWISE) and Contract Administration System (CAS). Contractor will be required to provide TWDB with the deliverables as specified in this RFO and as agreed upon under any contract resulting from this RFO. TxWISE is a comprehensive loan and grant management information software system and is a modified version of the Loan and Grant Tracking System (LGTS) and CAS is a comprehensive contract management system.
