available only on the new requirement announcement website “https://beta.sam.gov/” under solicitation No. FA521520Q8005.  Interested parties are solely responsible for monitoring the aforementioned website for release of any updates, solicitation package, and all amendments.  Those desiring to do business with the Air Force must be registered in the System for Award Management at https://sam.gov/SAM/.The 766th Specialized Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam is publicizing this sources sought to gather industry feedback with respect to identify 8a Contractors that can perform Janitorial Services at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies.The 8a Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, replenishment of supplies and other items to ensure that Janitorial Services are performed at 2058 Maluhia Road, Honolulu, HI 96815-1949 Asia-Pacific Center, Fort DeRussy, Hawaii.  All work performed by the 8a Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and commercial practices.  Services will be performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.  All service shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW).  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, Janitorial Services. The size standard for this NAICS code is $18M.  The contemplated set-aside is an 8(a) sole-source.If your firm would like to respond to this sources sought, please read the attachments provided.
