SummaryGeneral work description: All window cleaning services shall be performed between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any services performed prior to 7:30 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. shall be authorized by the County Facility Manager prior to the services being performed. Any services authorized and performed outside the stated hours shall not be considered overtime work and shall not be allowed additional charges. Window cleaning services shall not be performed any time on Saturday or Sunday.2. BackgroundThe purpose of this contract is to provide window cleaning services for various facilities, owned and/or leased by Pinellas County (County). It is the intent of the contract to provide window cleaning on a regular basis, with frequencies as determined by each County Facility Manager. The County reserves the right to schedule fewer or more services, as needed.3.
