The United States Government (Government) is seeking expression of interest from potential sources for office space within the delineated area of Milwaukee, WI. The Government’s existing lease Is expiring and the Government is attempting to determine if it would be economically advantageous for the Government to relocate or to exercise a renewal option contained in the lease. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 10,436 ANSI/BOMA occupiable (formerly “Usable”) The space must yield a minimum of 10,436 ABOA square feet of contiguous space, and should not exceed 11,436 ABOA square feet. The space should also be able to accommodate a minimum of 20 structured parking spaces reserved solely for the Government’s usage. The lease term is for five (5) years.Offered space must meet Government requirements for life safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.The Government will consider alternate space if economically advantageous to the Government. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous, GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move, including telecommunications equipment and LAN systems, office furniture, security system and telephone system and other related
