Job Order Contract (JOC - Middle-Mile Broadband Network

The Department hereby requests Proposals from Proposers interested in entering a contract for the Middle-Mile Broadband Network JOC (MMBN JOC) (Project) through a JOC Master Agreement. The Project, further defined in Appendix A, is intended to install broadband conduit, fiber, and required appurtenances in Alameda, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Madera, Marin, Merced, Mono, Napa, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and Stanislaus counties at various locations as part of the Middle-Mile Broadband Network Program. Mandatory Prebid Meeting on 10/20/22, from 9:00am to 11:30am (Pacific Time).
