Library Landscape and Pavilion Project

The West Georgia Regional Library System Board of Trustees is soliciting sealed proposals for two interconnected projects: the construction of the Neva Lomason Memorial Library Pavilion and landscape improvements for the WGRLS Regional Office and the Neva Lomason Memorial Library in Carrollton, GA.
