The Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to BVSN, LLC (an AUREA Company) 401 Congress Ave, STE 2650, Austin, TX 78701 on a sole source basis. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 8.405-6(a) (C), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.COMFRC HQ, Basic/Standard QuickSilver Software Subscription Licenses, Quantity 12COMFRC requires full service maintenance and customer service support for twelve (12) QuickSilver publishing software subscription licenses in support of production, editing, conversion, maintenance and publishing NAVAIR Technical manuals. Additionally, telephonic technical support is required for the period of performance. This requirement is a follow-on to previously procured Software Subscription Licenses.BVSN is the designer, developer and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the QuickSilver Software, and retains all the proprietary /technical data rights required in order to perform approved and necessary updates. Included in the purchase: - QuickSilver for Windows Subscription Licenses – Quantity 12- Telephonic technical support as required for software or licensing issues, including software updates, patches, and help desk support.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES.
