The objective of the Fire Master Plan and Community Risk Assessment is to examine the possible alignment of services and resources, proactively respond to current and anticipated community needs, protect firefighters by ensuring appropriate and safe equipment, review staffing levels, explore opportunities

to adjust and revise the WFRS’s structure, share services to improve effectiveness, and implement cost efficiencies and cost avoidance.
