NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received by the County of Wake in the Purchasing Department, Suite 2900, Wake County Justice Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m., April 15, 2021, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of The WAKE COUNTY PSC SKYLIGHT & PSC & L BLDG FALL PROTECTION project, located in Raleigh, NC. The work consists of the replacement of three existing skylights with a new roof structure and clerestory windows, a new entrance curtainwall, and fall protection at the Wake County Public Safety Center 330 S. Salisbury Street Raleigh, NC 27601. The work also consists of fall protection at the L Building Parking Deck north and south stair towers. Electronic files (PDF’s) of the complete plans and specifications can be obtained beginning Friday March 19, 2021 from Accent Imaging free of charge. Printed copies of the plans and specifications may

be purchased from Accent Imaging at (919)782-3332. Plans can be accessed for viewing at http://www.planscope.com/. Accent Imaging will respond to questions concerning general contractors on the bid list. Complete contract documents will be open for inspection in the offices of the Architect; AGC, Raleigh Branch; F.W. Dodge, Raleigh Branch; North Carolina. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday March 30, 2021 in conference room C-170 of the Wake County Public Safety Center, located at 330 South Salisbury Street, Raleigh, NC. Wake County provides minorities and women equal opportunity to participate in all aspects of its construction program consistent with NCGS §143-8. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program, as outlined in Section 05 5500 of the Project Manual.
