Scope of Work The City of Haines City is soliciting qualifications of vendors to provide real estate services. The consultant will assist the City with the acquisition, disposition and management of certain real estate assets owned by the City of Haines City and the Haines City Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). Must hold a current Real Estate license issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation or Certified Property Manager from the Institute of Real Estate.
