Child Development Center Solicitation

Brookhaven National Laboratory, a Department of Energy Laboratory operated and managed by Brookhaven Science Associates, is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to manage and operate the Child Development Center (CDC).  The CDC building will be provided rent-free and BSA will absorb the costs of maintenance and ongoing facility-related equipment and expenses, as identified herein.  All offers to this Request for Proposal (RFP) must adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and New York State Office of Child and Family Services (NYOCFS) licensing guidelines pertaining to operating childcare services in this
