Haywood, 303 West Church Street (Room 242), Laurinburg, NC, 28352, until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Bids may be mailed in or sent electronically to Harold Haywood at hhaywood@laurinburg.org. The project consists of building construction and improvements to provide flood mitigation at the Dana Drive Pump Station. Bids shall be submitted as a lump sum bid to perform the scope of work in the project documents. The project is tied to funding from the FEMA Public Assistance program.
