City of Wenatchee Request for Qualifications City of Wenatchee General Professional Engineering Support Services The City of Wenatchee solicits interest from consultants who wish to be considered to provide General Professional Engineering Services for the Parks and Recreation Department including design engineering, bidding and construction management during the 2023 calendar year with the option to extend for additional time and money if necessary. The agreement amount will be up to approximately $120,000. DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND General professional engineering services will provide the resources needed to assist City of Wenatchee staff in delivering projects at various stages of development. Need for consultant resources may vary; some projects may need significant support, while other projects may need minor consultant support. This may include providing design for engineering roads and parking areas to a three-day art construction/installation oversight. Services may also include

land surveys, construction inspection or to assist with emergency or unusual projects. General engineering services may be called upon to provide resources toward local, state, and federally funded projects. While no guarantee of the amount of work is given, the current potential projects anticipated includes: • Highway 2/Easy Street Roundabout Art Installation – Construction Management. • Memorial Park Native Peoples Project – Design Refinement. • Washington Park - Wilson Street angle parking engineering. • Hale Park - parking expansion design refinement and engineering. • Wenatchee Cemetery – expansion project storm water and road engineering. Qualified individuals or firms interested in providing any part of these services are requested to submit letters of interest and statements of qualifications and relevant experience. Those who submit qualifications in response to this call may be deemed to have satisfied certain formal bidding requirements, at the discretion of the City, and within the limits of the law.
