Sources Sought Synopsis: This RFI is for market research purposes only. Responses to this Request for Information (RFI) are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Respondents shall submit capability statements that clearly define the company's ability to provide the services stated in this RFI. This requirement is for the U.S. Army Caisson Platoon. The horses support the Caisson Platoon by performing the funeral services for Arlington National Cemetery. The funerals are very high profile services that are seen by many family members and senior leaders throughout the United States Army. Contractors shall be able to state rather or

not they can provide all the items listed in the Statement of Work. THIS RFI IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. It is a market research tool (FAR Part 10) being used to determine potential small business firms capable of providing the supply and/or services described herein prior to determining the method of acquisition. The NAICS contemplated for this requirement is 115210 with a size standard of $8,000,000. The Contract Type is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price.
