RFP: Health Insurance

The Western Virginia Water Authority, (Authority) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified Group Insurance Providers for self-insured medical, dental, and vision care to Authority employees, eligible retirees, and dependents. The Authority is also seeking proposals for Medical Claims Compliance Review Services. To be considered, one (1) original and three (3) copies must be received at the address listed below no later than 3:00 p.m., local prevailing time, on April 1, 2024. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package marked on the outside with the Offeror’s name and address and clearly marked: “Medical Insurance Proposal.” Facsimile and electronically submitted proposals shall be rejected. Proposals received after this time, postmarks notwithstanding, shall be rejected.
