Weapons Racks

 Please see questions and answers 1-5 in Amendment 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued.  The solicitation number is FA3016-19-U-0105 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).  This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01 and DFARS change notice 20190215.  This purchase is set aside for 100% small business.  The NAICS code is 337215 and the size standard is 500 employees for this acquisition.  This is a requirement for 62 EA M4 weapon racks and 1 EA machine gun rack as indicated below.Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to: Aisha Adams at E-mail: aisha.adams@us.af.mil no later than 3:00PM CST, 8 May 2019 – Wednesday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Questions will be accepted no later than 3:00PM CST, 1 May 2019. Please use the attached questions and answers template. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
