In this case, meeting or exceeding the SOW, Specifications posted, and cost plays a dominant role in the selection process. The Department has evaluated the quotes received using the criteria identified in the RFQ, and the Department is hereby announcing its conditional contract award(s) to the following bidder(s):Ultra Soap As provided in the Solicitation, the Notice of Conditional Contract Award is subject to execution of a written

contract and, as a result, this Notice does NOT constitute the formation of a contract between the Department and the apparent successful vendor.The vendor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights relative to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to the Department is executed. The Department further reserves the right to cancel this Notice of Conditional Contract Award at any time prior to the execution of a written contract. As stated in the RFQ, following announcement of this award decision, all submissions in response to the RFQ are considered public records available for public inspection pursuant FAR Regulations, and USCC Codes. Further information can be obtained by visiting www.fpds.gov, once all supporting data has been finalized. SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSISKitchen- Tables, Chairs, Storage, and AppliancesW911SD-20-R-0028THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure Kitchen- Tables, Chairs, Storage, and Appliances on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Be advised that the U.S. Government will not be able to set aside this requirement if 2 or more small businesses do not respond with information to support the set-aside.  We encourage all small businesses, in all socioeconomic categories (including, 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantage Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Women-Owned Small Business concerns), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price.This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future.  This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service.
