General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:State:  CACity:  SacramentoDelineated Area:North:  Folsom Blvd; South Kiefer Blvd; East: Sunrise Blvd; West: Bradshaw RoadSq. Ft. (ABOA*):Office Space:  9,330 – 9,800 ABOA SF  (Approximately 10,263 RSF)  Space Type:Minimum requirements:Quality building of sound and substantial construction.Space must allow for efficient use.Parking Spaces13 surfaceFull Term:120 Months (10 years)Firm Term:60 months (5 years)Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (ADA/ABAAS), seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease will be required.  Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain. The office space must be accessible to the government at all times (24/7).ABOA square feet does not include such areas as stairs, elevators, mechanical and utility rooms, ducts, shafts, vestibules and public corridors, and public toilets required by local
