The client in this matter shall be the Town of Palm Beach Retirement System (TOPB RS) as represented by the Board of Trustees for such Fund. This Contract does not create any relationship between the Consultant and any other related private, not for profit, or governmental entity, including, but not limited to, the Town of Palm Beach (Plan Sponsor) itself or participants in the TOP RS. Such entities may rely upon GRS work products only with the permission of both GRS and the TOPB RS. GRS may elect to work for such an entity with the explicit consent of the TOPB RS and provided that copies of all related work products are provided to the TOPB RS. The Actuary certifies that it is professionally qualified as an independent Actuary to provide actuarial and consulting services in the public sector.
