All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Mogadishu will launch the solicitation on the Beta SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFQ for the quotation due date and time. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from a comparative evaluation selection process authorized under FAR 13The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Anticipated performance is for one base year period and four (04) -year periods at the option of the U.S Government.The solicitation will be issued via Beta SAM.GOV website

No paper copies will be mailed.The solicitation (SF1449), all attachments, and all amendments will be published for viewing and printing on the Beta SAM.GOV website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website for the solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation.SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 4.1102, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. The contractor shall furnish all managerial, administrative, direct labor personnel, materials and transportation that are necessary to accomplish all work required.
