ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. These services shall be in full compliance with all applicable American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, rules and regulations. Inspection and testing

procedures and reporting shall meet or exceed 29 CFR 1910.179 and all other applicable regulations. Certification from the Contractor that all testing is in full compliance with all applicable ANSI and OSHA standards, rules and regulations shall be furnished to the City upon completion of the testing.
