Description The RFx will be accessible through the PASSPort Public Portal: https://passport.cityofnewyork.us/page.aspx/en/rfp/request_browse_public The New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC), Division of Safety and Site Support, intends to enter into requirements contracts for environmental services included but not limited to Environmental Assessment Form (EAF), Environmental Assessment Statement (EAS), Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Outfall Analysis, Tide Gate Analysis, and development of Preliminary Construction Dewatering System for various capital projects, within the five Boroughs. Through this RFP (RFX), DDC intends to engage up in three (3) qualified firms to provide environmental assessment services on a requirements basis. The projects for which services are required shall be specified by the Commissioner on a Work Order (WO) basis and may be located in any of the five Boroughs.
