NAWCAD WOLF Radio Cables

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with SupplyNet, Inc. (CAGE: 1HJX9) for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The contract will be for the procurement of SupplyNet, Inc. Radio Cables in support of the United States Special Operations Command Radio Integration System (RIS) Family of Systems program communication systems upgrades.SupplyNet, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and sole distributor of the required Radio Cables. The SupplyNet, Inc. Radio Cables are the only Radio Cables compatible with the radio gateway and hardware of the fielded AN/PRC-163 and AN/PRC-167 radios and passed necessary testing.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate this requirement under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, the Government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
