RFQ 2023-09 Cellular Phone Hardware and Services April 18, 2023 The City of Dawson Creek (City) requests quotations from qualified wireless network operators for the provision of cellular voice/data hardware and services for corporate use. Required hardware and services include the supply, delivery, implementation and maintenance of cellular phones, accessories and cellular services. All Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents are available through BC Bid. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring any addenda are downloaded, reviewed, and included in their quotation. Questions regarding specifications can be directed to Tyler Arcand, IT Manager at tarcand@dawsoncreek.ca. Do not submit quotations or pricing information to this email address. Bidders must refer to the RFQ documents for the terms governing the procurement process. The City will not accept quotations submitted from companies that are owned by City employees. Quotations may be submitted until 2:00 p.m. MST (Mountain Standard Time), Thursday, May 18, 2023
