ACS Workforce Development Services Request for Proposals (RFP)Workforce Development Services will offer high-quality education, career readiness, and/or training programs to youth to promote opportunities for successful career development. Rooted in a holistic approach, these activities will enable youth to expand and develop competencies to realize their career goals and interests and promote pathways to pursue them. These activities will also enable youth to market their skills and qualifications and provide them with social and emotional support to build life skills, identify aptitudes and interests, set academic and career goals, facilitate connections to programs/services that support goal attainment, and plan for successful transitions from the juvenile justice system.Anticipated Contract Terms7/1/2023 – 6/30/2026 with options to renew for two (2) additional three (3) year terms.  Anticipated Funding and Payment Structure Anticipated total maximum available funding is

$9,000,000 ($3,000,000 annually.)  Funding for each competition pool is $4,500,000 ($1,500,000 annually.) Estimated number of contracts: 2 Payment structure: Line-item reimbursement for permissible expenses up to the maximum allowable annual budget based on the contract award.    Questions Regarding this RFPQuestions regarding this RFP must be transmitted in writing to the Agency Contact Person at the email address listed above. ACS cannot guarantee a timely response to written questions regarding this RFP received less than one week prior to the proposal due date.
