If you are interested in making a proposal consistent with the conditions, instructions, requirements, and specifications as contain herein, submit one copy of the Bid Response Form together with a comprehensive proposal in a sealed envelope no later than 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 24 th, 2024. #2024-011 We expect to purchase 20 computer units and 27 monitors, but reserve the right to alter this number. Bids will be evaluated by City staff. Payment shall be made upon completion of the project, and shall be made no later than 30 days after the completion of all work and receipt of invoice.
