Les soumissionnaires intéressés à assister à cette rencontre doivent communiquer avec la personne mandatée par l’ Administration dont les coordonnées apparaissent ici-bas, et ce, avant le 11 mars 2024, 16h00, afin de confirmer leur présence . Ils devront alors préciser le nom de la personne qui assistera à la rencontre, ainsi que son numéro d’accréditation personnel lui permettant d’accéder au territoire portuaire, préalablement obtenu via le lien suivant : https://www.portquebec.ca/operations/permission-dacces-au-territoire/accreditation. Pour assister à cette rencontre, les soumissionnaires devront avoir en main leur carte d’identité et leur équipement de protection individuel (bottes, casque, dossard de sécurité ou vêtement haute visibilité et lunettes de sécurité). The tender documents and the addendum issued, if any, will be available exclusively on the Merx platform as of February 29, 2024, under the reference number 0000265472.
